1. We are "Looking Forward to a New Earth and Preparing for Planetary Change NOW!" at our New Year’s Conference December 30, 2008 through January 3, 2009 in Dallas, Texas. And in spring 2009, we see a victorious Hearts Center Pilgrimage to South Africa.
2. We see the birth of God-government upon every continent. Saint Germain’s plan for world freedom and enlightenment manifests.
3. Peace and Aloha enfold all nations in their spiral of peace. War, terrorism, violence, plagues, nuclear or biological weapons are no more. Harmony is established in all former Soviet Republics. The people of Burma, Bhutan, Tibet, Taiwan, Central America, South America and Africa are free from political and spiritual oppression.
4. In Buddhic peace, focused attention and in unity with our Solar Presence, we witness the dissolving of socialism, communism and other systems of less than divine intent and all records of the year 2008.
5. Sanctity of life reigns in the hearts of the people. Our natural environment is treasured and preserved. Animal and plant life are respected and utilized mindfully. All individuals are revered—from the soul in the womb to the most elderly among us. All abusive practices, such as drug trafficking and pornography, have been bathed in the light of Buddha and transformed by so great a ruby love integration.
6. We hold the vision for business leaders around the world and all people to rise above the economic crisis, reforming their economies and governments. We embrace the Golden Rule and the gold standard for all sovereign currencies. The world economy is transformed into a golden-crystal-age economy.
7. The President of the United States wears the mantle of Saint Germain, overshadowed by the God of Freedom in all decision-making. All cabinet members, members of Congress, justices of the Supreme Court and every leader in the land are true servant leaders, upholding the laws of God through the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
8. The value of gold increases and the dollar gains strength. Prices in the housing, stock, commodities and bond markets return to balance and naked short selling is banished. Our personal abundance is secure and growing while plans for any government confiscation dissolves. The government supports constructive business activity while spending within its budget. Central bankers halt inflation of the money supply.
9. Our individual and community preparedness is in place. All heartfriends are ready for any contingency—spiritually and physically.
10. Our teams are fully staffed and working efficiently and productively to complete projects on schedule.
11. Heartreach—organized, mobilized and drenched in the Holy Spirit—reaches thousands for the ascended masters.
12. Communication among all heartfriends is pure, holy and healing at all times. We are a community of radical authenticity.

We affirm Maitreya’s declaration of Buddhic presence within our hearts, one with the Heart of the Buddha. OM. OM.
